Premium Soda Water has a silky smooth texture created by using the finest spring water (which has a low mineral content) and a high level of carbonation. Our Soda Water has no aroma so it can effectively bring to life the flavours of the premium spirit it's being mixed with. 

Fever Tree is Non-GMO certified. Naturally sourced ingredients. No artificial sweeteners or colors. 

Preparation: 

Ingredients: 

• 25ml Crossip Pure Hibiscus
• 5ml Red apple juice 
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 15ml Sugar syrup

Method:

• Mix all the ingredients and strain into an Highball filled with ice cubes
• Top with 180ml Fever Tree Soda Water
• Garnish with Strawberry and lemon spiral
