Premium Soda Water has a silky smooth texture created by using the finest spring water (which has a low mineral content) and a high level of carbonation. Our Soda Water has no aroma so it can effectively bring to life the flavours of the premium spirit it's being mixed with.

- 25ml Crossip Pure Hibiscus
- 5ml Red apple juice
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and strain into an Highball filled with ice cubes
- Top with 180ml Fever Tree Soda Water
- Garnish with Strawberry and lemon spiral
